M.Sc. Gonnermann Jana

Academic Researcher

M.Sc. Jana Gonnermann-Müller is a scientific assistant at the Chair of Business Informatics, esp. processes and systems. She completed her Bachelor and Master of Science in Psychology at Humboldt University of Berlin.

Her research interests lie in the field of human-system interaction, including trust, acceptance, decision-making, and learning. Together with project partners from both industry and academia, she investigates how systems must be designed so that people enjoy working and learning with them.

In her projects, Jana explores the influence of cognitive factors on the use and design of augmented reality and AI assistance systems. Jana primarily uses experimental research designs, eye-tracking, as well as methods in the areas of prototype evaluation and usability.

Additionally, Jana Gonnermann is part of the research group "Education for the Digital World" at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society. She successfully transfers her research topics through consulting activities related to the design and implementation of corporate learning applications and change management within the introduction or change projects.
