M.Sc. Adrian Abendroth
Research associate
Adrian Abendroth is a research associate at the Chair of Information Systems, in particular Processes and Systems, at the University of Potsdam. His research interests include in particular the possible applications and future developments of (ERP) systems and platforms for SMEs. At the Chair of Processes and Systems at the University of Potsdam, he is conducting research as part of a project to develop a step-oriented IoT strategy for SMEs in the injection moulding industry to build interoperable platform ecosystems (IoT business model evolution).
Career
M.Sc. Adrian Abendroth completed his degree in Business Information Systems at the University of Potsdam and the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa (DAAD). His thesis deals with the possible applications of low-code platforms for specific customisations in ERP systems. In addition to his work as a research assistant, Mr Abendroth has practical experience in IT strategy and technology consulting, particularly in the context of ERP implementation projects.
