Digital twin - launch of the virtual open hardware exhibition
The concept of the mobile open hardware exhibition, which was developed as part of the "MoFab" project, is now also being implemented digitally. On display are objects that have already been implemented in FabLabs, from the idea to the product. These are now available as open hardware and can be reproduced. The exhibition is intended to make the potential of FabLabs more tangible for the target group of Lusatians* using concrete examples. The exhibition complements the proactive activation formats, which are aligned with empowerment settings according to Zimmermann (1995), with a passive form of addressing the target group. In addition, the exhibition is intended as a permanently present space for the visualization of prototypes developed in the later course of the project.
